  Weekly Reflection (week-8) Day- 32 ( 31-07-2023) I  reached the school at 9:30AM and reported to Principal office and signed the register. The students gathered at the ground at 9:15AM for general assembly. After the assembly the class started at 9:30 AM. I had no class but I got substitution  in 9th (second and third period). I had already informed the 9C to bring the text book and note book as I missed out the class on Saturday due to PSC exam. I taught 'Transportation in plants'. I prepared video and images as teaching aids. I planned to teach according to a new model that is Inductive Thinking Model. As the chapter reached the conclusion the students were so happy. They seem to be pay more attentive, while using the activities. I could completye the whole chapter within the time limit.   Weekly Reflection (week-7) Day- 27 (24-07-2023) I reached the school at 8:50AM and reported to Principal office and signed the register. After the normal morning prayer everyone engaged in their own work .As per the timetable I  had no class. I got substitution in 9th(Fourth period). But I already informed the 9C students to bring the textbook and notebook. With proper planning a lesson plan was prepared in advance and necessary activities was also prepared in advance ICT based materials for the students. The topic according to lesson plan I prepared is 'Heart beat and Pulse'.  I had the disciplinary duty. We left the school at 3:40PM. Day -24 (19-07-2023) I reached the school at 9:00AM and reported to Principal office and signed the register. I had class in 9th (fourth period) and I got substitution in 9th (fifth period) . Rumaisa Ma'am came to observe my class on fourth period .I taught ' Food inside mouth' in 9th. It was my first observation of phase II by our optional teacher. Teacher told some good comments and some tips to improve more. It was a nice experience to me. I went to 9th ,the children were shuffled from two classes and revised the lesson'Division for growth and reproduction'. Then I gave time to read it and asked question later. They answered properly. I felt happy. At 12:30PM , we served the mid meal . We got permission from HM to go home in the afternoon as there were no class since the 10th standard children is having exam for the next day.
